(Home of our Federal Government who should UPHOLD our Rights in each of the  individual states.)

The federal government has the power to make it so that we would only have 1 set of rules and regulations to have to answer to, but instead they make it so that we  have to obey all of the rules that any and all of the presiding jurisdictions have to put us through.

How can any one person be capable of knowing every single Law and Ordinance for each and every city and township in the USA as well as state and federal laws as well?

This is exactly what each and every over the road truck driver is not only expected to do, but also follow another set from the federal government too.

Here is a line that they love to use on us all ---- ready? --- "Ignorance of the Law is no excuse!" (Although it may be a very good reason)

To add insult to injury they also make fines higher for truck drivers (commercial vehicle operators) who have a CDL License, usually at least $100 dollars more than if it were for a regular operator.
